WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?
All standard orders have a processing time of 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, this may extend to up to 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

DO YOUR ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. All electrical items come with a warranty covering manufacturing faults and faulty parts. Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, corrosion, or damage caused by dust or product build-up.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to hygiene reasons, all items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are proven to be faulty.
