ALL items are NON-REFUNDABLE due to hygiene reasons.

Claims/Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@lillybeau.co.uk with:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos or video evidence of the fault/damage

- Please retain all packaging as this may be required for inspection by the courier.

 Claims made outside this time limit will not be accepted.

Product Warranty

All of our electrical items come with a One Year Warranty. The warranty policy is effective from when the customer physically receives the product.

This warranty covers only the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

- Accidental damage.

- Misuse, neglect, or alterations (corrosion, damage caused by dust and/or product).

- Improper setup, installation or maintenance.

- Attempted repairs.

- The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling fees associated with returning the product (unless the item is found to be faulty).

- Proof of purchase and original dated sales receipt is required for warranty.

Returned/Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us at info@lillybeau.co.uk with:

A clear description of the issue

Photos or video evidence of the fault/damage

Once we acknowledge the email we will send you further instructions:

- Once we have approved the return, we will provide instructions and the return address.

- The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling fees associated with returning the product (unless the item is found to be faulty).

Please note that natural wear and tear of a product is not considered faulty.
